1. The defendant,
A. The Plaintiff A’s KRW 230,529,151 as well as 5% per annum from May 27, 2012 to November 15, 2017.

1. Basic facts
A. On January 28, 2002, the Suwon-gu Suwon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor determined a plan for the establishment of “regional cultural welfare facilities” (hereinafter “instant prior business”), and on January 30, 2002, announced it as D Public Notice of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and announced it as public notice E on March 25, 2002.

Under the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Acquisition of Land for Public Use and the Compensation for Loss (repealed by Act No. 6656 of Feb. 4, 2002), the Defendant acquired each land owned by the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “each land of this case”) within the previous business plan as follows, and paid the price to the Plaintiffs.

C. Meanwhile, on August 31, 2005, while the Suwon City did not implement the preceding business of this case, the Suwon City approved a business plan to create “I Culture and Tourism Zone” (hereinafter “the following business”) with the following contents on a day of 21,266 square meters in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, including each of the land of this case, and announced it to the JJ on September 12, 2005.
