1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 25, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff, on March 2012, lent a total of KRW 50 million to the Defendant (However, upon the Defendant’s request, transferred the above loan to the Defendant’s account) and the Defendant prepared on April 22, 2013 a certificate of borrowing that “the Plaintiff shall repay the borrowed loan amount of KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff until April 22, 2017,” but did not repay the above loan at all.

Accordingly, the plaintiff sought the payment of the above loans and damages for delay against the defendant.
