1. The plaintiff shall bear all the obligations against the defendant, including principal 2,056,650 won, interest thereon, and delay damages.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the plaintiff is exempted from all debts, such as principal of the debt against the defendant, interest of KRW 2,056,650, and delay damages, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
