Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 3, 2016 with respect to the building D (hereinafter “instant real estate”) of the Seodaemun-gu Northern District, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-si.
B. Around February 2016, the Defendant entered into a business consignment agreement with E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) to guarantee monthly revenues on the instant real estate and to entrust the business related to the lease to the Nonparty Company.
C. On February 17, 2016, the Defendant prepared a power of attorney with the following contents and issued a certificate of personal seal issued directly to the Nonparty Company.
The delegating person himself/herself confirms the fact of the lease contract with respect to the real estate in this case, such as the affairs related to the lease, the payment of rent for the guarantee period, the receipt of deposit money and the management thereof, the lessee's physical color and selection, the public relations, the management of the lease contract (preparation of the contract), etc., and shall delegate his/her authority related to the

D. On June 19, 2017, G, the representative of the non-party company, as the representative of the non-party company, concluded a business consignment agreement with G to guarantee a monthly fixed amount of earnings on the instant real estate and to entrust the rental-related business to G, and issued the letter of delegation to G, with a personal seal impression issued by the person himself/herself, after having prepared a letter of delegation as follows.
