Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2012, from around 11:05 to 12:15, the Defendant held a “B organization” in the luminous square in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and participated in the Nowon-gu Labor Standards Act.

피고인은 위 노제가 종료한 후, 같은 날 12:15경부터 위 B단체 소속 회원 250여 명과 함께, 피고인은 ‘B단체장, 장애해방운동가 故C동지 장례식’이라고 적힌 플래카드를 든 채 대열선두에 서고, 뒤이어 ‘활동보조 24시간 보장하라! 더 이상 죽이지 말라!’, ‘부양의무제 폐지하라! 더 이상 죽이지 말라!’고 기재된 만장형 깃발 6개, ‘謹弔, 더 이상 죽이지마라, 장애등급제 폐지하라!’고 기재된 피켓 5개를 든 사람들이 뒤따르고, 소속 회원들은 ‘활동보조 24시간 보장하라, 장애등급 철폐하라’는 구호 등을 외치며 서울 종로구 계동에 있는 보건복지부 방면으로 행진하다가 12:30경부터 12:42경까지 광화문 앞 율곡로 전차로를 점거하고, 이후 계속하여 경복궁사거리 방면으로 진행방향 전차로 점거한 채 행진하다가 15:17경부터 15:45경까지 서울 종로구 D건물 앞 차도에 연좌하여 차량의 교통을 방해하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with 250 members belonging to the above B organization and interfered with the traffic of the land.
