1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. Judgment on the main lawsuit

A. Facts of recognition 1) Seoul Seodaemun-gu Seoul (current D apartment; hereinafter “instant apartment”)

(2) From June 2009 to June 201, 2010, the Plaintiff served as the director of the Women’s Association, the vice-chairperson of the Women’s Association from June 201 to June 201, respectively, and the auditor of the council of occupants’ representatives from August 2015 to August 2017. The Defendant served as the president of the council of occupants’ representatives from May 2013 to August 2015, the Edong representative from September 2015 to August 2017. 2) The Defendant asserted that the instant apartment was embezzled for profits managed by the Plaintiff as the president of the Women’s Association, and that the Plaintiff embezzled for profits to the women’s association from August 26, 2014 to August 26, 2014.

However, on May 12, 2015, the prosecution made a decision that there was no suspicion against the above petition.

(3) On September 18, 2015, when the Plaintiff was appointed as the auditor of the council of occupants' representatives of the apartment of this case, the Defendant was subject to collection of KRW 18 million from the National Tax Service on September 14, 2015. The officer of the Women's Association and the person subject to the right to indemnity are found to be responsible for female association. The officer of the Women's Association and the person subject to the right to indemnity are subject to the right to indemnity, and they posted a document stating that "the apartment is not an apartment executive because they are subject to the right to indemnity," and that "the representative of the council of occupants' representatives and the president of the council of occupants' representatives within the council of occupants' representatives and the president of the council of occupants' representatives within the council of occupants' representatives within the council of occupants' representatives of this case" and "the president of the council of women's representatives within the council of occupants' representatives and the president of the council of occupants' representatives within the council of occupants' representatives within the council of occupants' representatives of this case."
