Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) and is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle with soflurd D.

On December 23, 2015, the Defendant divided into the influence of drinking, which reaches 0.147% of alcohol during blood transfusions, and driven the above vehicle with a view to making it difficult to drive normally, such as with a strong walking state, red-lighting, etc., and led the two-lane road ahead of the 149-lane high speed of transmitting forests to Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, pursuant to the transmission road of Dong-gu, Incheon, along the two-lanes of the 149-lane high speed of transmitting forests, from the apartment on the side of Dong-ri, the Defendant driven the said vehicle along the same lane.

At all times, signal lights are installed, so in such cases, the driver has a duty of care to reduce the speed to the person engaged in driving duties and to prevent accidents by living well other vehicles in the signal lights and the forward.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was negligent in driving in the front of the Defendant’s vehicle while driving in the front of the Defendant’s vehicle, was the victim E (55 years) who stopped in the same direction in accordance with the foregoing signals in the same direction.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as climatic salt, tension, etc. which requires a two-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim G (45 years) who was on board the damaged motor vehicle for about two weeks, respectively.
