1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 6,450,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related amount from November 29, 2017 to October 10, 2018.
Reasons
Basic Facts
D, on October 19, 2015, issued a seizure and collection order as to KRW 50,00,000 against the third debtor of the debtor E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”), as the Daegu District Court Branch 2015TTT1987, under which D, including the seizure and collection order against the plaintiff, received the seizure and collection order against the third debtor of the debtor E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”), and on October 21, 2015, the above seizure and collection order was served on the plaintiff.
D filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff based on the above order of seizure and collection against the plaintiff as the Daegu District Court Branch 2016Gadan202, and on March 23, 2016, "the plaintiff shall pay to D 50 million won and 15% interest per annum from December 19, 2015 to the date of complete payment." The above judgment was finalized on April 9, 2016.
D Based on the above judgment, on May 2, 2016, the Daegu District Court rendered an obligor FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, which was based on the Daegu District Court Branch 2016, and subsequently, on April 19, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an application for waiver of the relevant FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, and the said seizure was revoked around that time.
G received the seizure and collection order concerning the amount of 50,000,000 won, etc. against the third debtor of the debtor E, as the Daegu District Court Support 2015TTT 2518 on December 17, 2015. The above seizure and collection order was served on the plaintiff on December 18, 2015.

1. Construction name: A project for newly-built lending materials of nutrition group H;
2. The place of construction: Construction completion on March 25, 2017: The same shall apply simultaneously with the completion of the construction.
3. Contract amount: 43,800,000 won, and value-added tax separately.
4. Payment method of contract deposit) 1: 30,000,000 won, value-added tax separately (an immediate seizure of a contract shall be cancelled).
