Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a C SP car.

On March 29, 2014, at around 04:30, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol with 0.132% of alcohol level, and led to turn to the right from the right edge of the luminous l,000 intersection of the luminous 1st intersection in the north-gu, Gwangju to the right edge from the right edge of the luminous l,000.

2. Around 04:30 on March 29, 2014, the Defendant driven a 2km C motor vehicle from the gold-dong parking lot located in the Geum-dong in Gwangju-gu to the luminous Hancheon-dong, Gwangju, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.132% of alcohol level.
