On April 20, 2016, at around 22:18, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.11% from the 5km section to the front road of the same military king, which was located in the Gyeongsung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun.
