A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2019, the Defendant, using a forged foreigner registration certificate at an infinite place, visited a company that manufactures a forged foreigner registration certificate for the purpose of entering a casino and requested the forgery of a foreigner registration certificate. On October 13, 2019, the Defendant was delivered one copy of a foreigner registration certificate stating that “foreigner number D, name E, national region VIENM, status of stay (F-6),” and “foreign alien registration certificate on November 2018, 2018,” issued by the head of the Daegu Immigration Office at his/her residence in Busan Jin-gu B and C, Busan, Busan, and C.

On October 14, 2019, at around 20:20, the Defendant: (a) presented to G employees of the said casino an alien registration certificate, which is a forged public document, as if it were issued genuinely, to enter the casino located on the third floor of the Busan Jin-gu Busan.
