Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】
1. On September 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeju District Court, and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Jeju Prison on February 8, 2015.
2. On July 22, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment and four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 30, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Fraud [2019No. 3921] around November 17, 2015, the Defendant stated that “The value of the goods will be paid as a construction site for ten months in 10 months each month in the amount of KRW 59,400 per month when purchasing three stuffs from an employee in the name of E, which is in the name of the victim D, in sobry Mapo-si B, Seopo-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.”

2. Fraud (No. 2019 type 3946)
A.
