1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 as well as 15% per annum from February 23, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. On September 18, 2017, the Plaintiff filed a claim for the loan on the ground that, under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties’s joint and several liability, the amount of KRW 40 million was set and lent to Defendant C as the due date on the 26th of the same month.
