Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2012, around 12:59, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim “a separate statement” as if the victim would pay a taxi fee without any intent or ability to pay the fare, even if he/she had a personal taxi driven by the victim D at the bus stops located in Chungcheongnam-si, Namyang-si, B.

Therefore, the defendant was able to gain property benefits equivalent to 26,200 won from the victim.
