1. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet against Defendant C among the principal lawsuit of this case.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff’s substantive entity was residing in the D zone in the vicinity of Pyeongtaekyang, or residing in the neighboring Eup/Myeon, and was taking classes in the E elementary, middle, and high school.
1.4. At the time of retirement, it is a non-corporate body established by the people of the Republic of Korea in the future with the aim of promoting friendship and mutual assistance and contributing to the development of the local community, and F and G are the Plaintiff’s members.
B. On June 10, 1978, the Plaintiff purchased forest of this case: 10 to 3 10 to 10 to 10 to 10 to 1 to 3 Y of Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the instant forest”) (a total of the lands listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “the instant forest”) following the change of administrative district, change of name, and conversion
