A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From September 2007 to December 15, 2014, the Defendant is a person in charge of the management of meat processing and inventory from D, a livestock product importer and distributor operated by the victim C, which was operated by the victim C from September 2, 2007 to December 2014.
1. The Defendant was working as the head of the business team at around February 2012 while taking charge of inventory management in the above D as above.
After becoming aware of the fact that E is taking a disposition by cutting off the future meat, it is not an issue that he/she stealss the meat from E while pursuing the reason for cutting the meat to E.
When the defendant and E had had a proposal that he would give money to a gree in the face of snow that he would give him a profit, they conspired to cut off the body of the victimized person together with E and divide them into four to six.
Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) conspired with the above E to process and pack the meat in question from 15:00 to 18:00; (b) separately packaged and classified the meat to be stolen in addition to the meat to be supplied normally; and (c) then loaded them to the freezing onto the freezing at the ex-factory stage; or (d) entered the freezing storage of the meat solely under the aforementioned conspiracy, and carried the meat separately classified and packaged as above, into the freezing tower at the time of the new wall; and (b) carried them into the freezing tower at the same time from February 16, 2012 to July 30, 2013; and (c) during a total of 304 times, such as the weather table (1) in attached Form 304.
2. The Defendant, from around August 1, 2013 to around August 1, 2013, did not put a mark even if it was cut off in a large amount during work hours due to the increase of the volume of the meat handled in the above D. As such, in combination with the above E, the Defendant, when processing and packaging the meat in the above D from around 15:00, to 18:00, while processing and packaging the meat in the above D, separately packaged and categorized the meat to be stolen in addition to the meat to be supplied normally, and then loaded it into the freezing onto the freezing at the ex-factory stage.
