1. The Defendant’s KRW 256,816,847 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from August 9, 2019 to July 2, 2020, and the following.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The C Association Establishment Promotion Committee (hereinafter “instant promotion committee”) including the conclusion of the management services contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant

A) The Housing Redevelopment and Rearrangement Project (hereinafter “instant Rearrangement Project”) concerning the housing redevelopment of approximately 65,610 square meters of plot of land D and 414,00 Won-si (hereinafter “instant rearrangement Project”).

(2) On June 26, 2005, the promotion committee of this case was established with the approval of the competent authority on February 25, 2004 to implement an association establishment for the purpose of implementing an association.
