A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
The defendant shall pay 8 million won to the applicant for compensation by fraud.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 26, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated “G” in the real estate indication column, “50 million won” in the column for real estate in the form of official approval color writing on the paper of the real estate lease contract, using the official approval color pen to indicate “32 square meters”, “5 million won” in the column for deposit; (b) stated “F” and “G” in the column for the address of the lessor; and (c) affixed a seal on G’s name in advance.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the G real estate lease contract in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
B. On June 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) issued a forged real estate lease agreement to the victim C, who was unaware of the forgery, at the mutual coffee shop located in the Busan Seosan-dong, Seosan-gu, Busan; and (b) exercised it as if the completion of the contract was genuine.
C. On June 26, 2013, the fraud defendant was urged to pay the debt amounting to 60 million won and was unable to pay the debt amounting to 60 million won, and even if he did not borrow money again from others because there was no particular property or income, the defendant would provide the victim C with a real estate lease agreement with the effect that "if it is necessary to pay 5 million won to pay the premium by the end of the present month, the security deposit would be provided as security if it is loaned to the victim C with the need to pay 45 million won. The borrowed money would be repaid until September 30, 2013."
A false statement is made to the effect that, by delivering a forged real estate lease contract as described in the paragraph, the victim is accused of the victim, and that, on July 2, 2013, the victim will receive KRW 4.5 million at that time from the victim, and that, on or after July 2, 2013, the victim will be repaid up to July 22, 2013.
