A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a business proprietor operating a commercial sex trafficking business establishment with the trade name “D” in the two rooms of Sungnam-si C Officetel 807 and 1104, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

The Defendant, around April 10, 2013, kept in the instant officetel the water shoot, cremation paper, and the Red Seas, etc. necessary for each room, and received KRW 150,000 from the male grandchildren on the name of the deceased who reported commercial sex acts, and arranged commercial sex acts with employees engaged in commercial sex acts and commercial sex acts from the above date and time to time.

5. From 16:10 on April 14, 198, up to 16:10, sexual buyers who reported commercial sex acts and arranged commercial sex acts between sexual purchasing and female trade, thereby bringing about KRW 7,55,000.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. The Defendant B is the lessee of two rooms in the officetels described in the preceding paragraph.

5. Until December 14, Defendant A employed female employees as described in the preceding paragraph, and provided two rooms of officetels to Defendant A as a place for sexual traffic with knowledge that they conduct sexual traffic against many and unspecified men, thereby engaging in sexual traffic, etc.
