A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) in the Daegu District Court’s support on the road traffic law in August 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 9, 2016. On December 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the above court on December 8, 2011, and was 4 times for driving skills and three times for non-licensed driving skills.

On October 31, 2017, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 19:30 on October 31, 2017, driven a E-Poter vehicle from the front parking lot of the C cafeteria located in Ansan-si B to D, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.140%.
