A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 1,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

3. The Defendant filed an application for a loan of KRW 3 million with the victim, by transmitting forged loan transaction agreements, as described in paragraph (1), as described in paragraph (2).

On June 2, 2014, the Defendant borrowed 3 million won from the victim via the post office passbook (Account Number: E) in the name of D on June 2, 2014.
