The defendant shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment against the defendant not guilty.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. The Defendant was appointed as a director of a school juristic person E-private teaching institute in around 2008. After being elected as the chief director on November 5, 2010, the Defendant was appointed as the chief director on November 25, 2010 and currently served as the chief director until now.

Directors of the E Institute shall attend the board of directors pursuant to the provisions of the articles of incorporation of the E Institute, deliberate on and decide matters concerning the affairs of school juristic persons, and handle them faithfully.

Therefore, the duty of directors of the E Institute is to ensure that the election of the president elected by the representatives of the juristic person belonging to the affairs of the school juristic person is fairly and transparently progress.

Nevertheless, on February 25, 2010, the defendant was in an incurable place, and the same year.

3. In the election of the president of a school foundation E, who will be in progress on 26.26. In addition, the transfer of 2 million won to F Agricultural Cooperative (G) accounts in F’s name in support of Defendant in an election of the president of a school foundation E, together with an illegal solicitation, was made from around that time to October 23, 2010, and the director who deals with election affairs of the president of the EAD to make an illegal solicitation and granted nine million won in total to four voting directors.

B. On August 1, 2011, the Defendant sent to 140 representatives of the School Foundation a letter of name, “The President of the International University Foundation located in Ansan-gu, Mangyang-gu, H, stating that “The President of the International University Foundation of the KJ may build a thickness for the members of the Korean church trade in the KJ” by mail.

In its name, I sent the letter "to the nearestest general meeting of the principal school" to the "I University President, who sent him/her a thickness to the National Assembly members of the J church," the explanation of the suspicion of the receipt of money and valuables and the appeal for the solution thereof to the National Assembly members.
