Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2015, at around 20:34, the Defendant: (a) expressed that he would be aware that he would pay a fare and return home from a slope E and a slope F belonging to the department of the Seo-gu Police Station of Gwangju, which was called “C” in front of the 20:34, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the said police officer on one occasion the left chest of the said E on one occasion.
