A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2019, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: (a) at the women’s clothes shop, the victim B, who works at the store, has neglected due care in order for the victim B to respond to other customers; (b) at the women’s clothing shop, the victim B, who was displayed at the store, committed a theft of the amount equivalent to KRW 438,00,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,680,000, the victim’s own share of KRW 2,118,000.

On January 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the victim E at Anyang-si, a female clothing store with the third floor level F in the Gu C department store; (b) the victim E, who works at this place, neglected to exercise due diligence in order to respond to other customers; and (c) the victim E, who was displayed at the store, took away the victim’s clothes worth KRW 690,000 of the market price, which is the victim’s possession, equivalent to KRW 329,000 of the market price; and (d) the latter sum of KRW 1,278,000 of the market price of KRW 329,000 of the market price of KRW 1,259,000.

Around 16:58 on June 16, 2020, the Defendant stolen KRW 50,000, the cash owned by the victim, which was located in the Handbag of the victim, in the beauty room located in Ansan-gu G during Ansan-si around 2020, and the victim H, who was located in the bag of the victim's handbag in a small wave by taking advantage of the bag of head.
