Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

B served as the managing director of the Jeju (J)J (hereinafter referred to as the “J”) and Defendant A as the president of the J.

Since there was no other property or income from the Defendants, there was no reason to permit the Defendants to receive money from the victims and make a public offering to use the interest on the M&A deposit with the victims as business promotion expenses.
