A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00, at a construction site located in Changwon-si M&C, and (b) at a construction site located in Changwon-si, M&C, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim with each item ( approximately 50cm in length, 4cm in thickness), which is a dangerous object, when taking two back water of the victim, on the ground that the victim D’s usual behaviors and horses are without permission; and (c) at a construction site located in Changwon-si, Masan-si, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as brain-dead, without an open address for about two weeks.

The Defendant carried such dangerous objects as above and inflicted an injury on the victim.
