[2019 Highest 1112] On September 20, 2017, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled automobile (124 cc) within approximately 200 meters from the front side of the Busan Jin-gu E-gu, Busan to the front intersection of the “G” located in F, without obtaining a driver’s license on September 16, 2017.
