Reasons
Punishment of the crime
A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “B”) is a corporation that runs the business of installing LGU Plus’ Internet telephones, etc., and A/S subordinate, and the Defendant is the representative director, C and D are those who work as A/S engineer from B to B.
