Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,200,00.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is a victim B (33,00) of his nationality and a married couple.

1. On December 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault around 08:0 on December 29, 2015, the Defendant: (b) committed an assault, such as that the victim was satisfing in the Socheon-gu C’s residence; and (c) the victim was satching before his work.
