Defendant
On May 11, 2017, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Telecommunications Business Act by the Daejeon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 19, 2017.
Defendant
A is a person who operates the “J”, a mobile phone sales store, and “L”, a mobile phone sales store, on the level of the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, and Defendant B is a person who operates the “N”, a mobile phone sales store in the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, and Defendant C and D operate the “P”, a mobile phone sales store in the O in the official city.
1. No person who has mediated another person's communications or provided it for any third person's communications using telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators;
A. Nevertheless, around August 2, 2015, the Defendant, at the above JJ office, opened a core chip (R) using a copy of Q QP passport in the name of China, which was provided by the non-member of his/her name, and transferred it to the non-member of his/her name, and transferred the same to the non-member of his/her name. From that time to September 25, 2015, the Defendant transferred a total of 541 mobile phone heart chip, which was opened as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table (1) to the non-member of his/her name.
B. Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around October 1, 2015, opened a core chip (number T) via a copy of the Defendant’s name in China, which was provided by a person in non-name, and transferred it to a person in non-name, at around 18:41, the Defendant transferred a total of 390 mobile phone heart chip, which was opened as shown in the List of Crimes (2) from October 21, 2015, to a person in whose name the Defendant transferred it, respectively.
Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for the purpose of telecommunications.
2. No one may intermediate a third party's communications, or provide it for a third party's communications, using telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators;
