1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall provide or promise to provide money, valuables or other property benefits to unspecified persons, and have sexual intercourse with them.

Nevertheless, on March 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at a “D” establishment located in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) around March 17, 2016, the Defendant did not allow 40,000 won in cash to arrange sexual traffic; (c) and (d) was similar in a manner that a female, who is an employee of the said establishment, made the Defendant’s sexual organ accom and hand.

Although such statements are written, in light of the following: (a) such statements are contrary to the statements of intermediary and sexual traffic women; (b) the Defendant calls five times at the call phone of the person arranging sexual traffic at different times; and (c) the Defendant’s telephone number column stored in callphones each two times in the Defendant’s telephone number column, the Defendant may be found guilty of the facts charged.
