1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from April 12, 2019 to July 11, 2019.

As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the part that recognized the damages for delay in this case as being calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment shall be dismissed.
