Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2019, at around 21:36, the Defendant driven an E G4 U.K. vehicle at approximately 300 meters in the direction of the entrance of the 1st basement parking lot of the apartment complex B, e.g., while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.182%, from around 300 meters before the entrance of the 1st basement parking lot of the apartment complex B, the Defendant.
