Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who operates C in Busan Gangseo-gu.

Around 10:20 on December 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) performed the washing work using Aelel (B) in C, and in such a case, Aelel was a inflammable substance; (b) thus, Ael, as it is a inflammable substance, could cause fire, and (c) even if there was a duty of care to prevent fire from being performed in the place of the fire, the Defendant carried out the work on the ground of electricity.
