A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. [2017 Gohap 10]

A. On April 22, 2016, the Defendant, at around 12:00, committed an indecent act against the victim B, committed an indecent act against the victim B by reporting that the Defendant was receiving water from the victim B (the 46 years of age, 46 years of age, and Cambodian nationality) who was the farm operated by the Defendant, and committing an indecent act against the victim B by using the victim’s own hand from the victim B, and by forcing the victim B to commit an indecent act against the victim B.

B. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) took the Defendant’s residence located inside the Defendant’s residence; (b) took the Defendant’s farm owner D (e.g., 50 years of age, and Cambodia’s nationality) into the Defendant’s farm; and (c) took the victim D with the Defendant’s alcohol to have sexual intercourse with the victim D; (d) took the victim D with the Defendant’s hand; and (e) took the victim D with the Defendant’s hand from the back of the victim D; (b) took the victim D with the Defendant’s hand; and (c) exceeded the victim D’s will and panty; and (d) taken the victim D’s refusal to do so.

However, by inserting the sexual organ of the defendant into the sexual organ of the victim D, the victim D had sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim D who is under the supervision of the defendant due to the employment relationship by force.

2. [2017 Gohap 12] On September 12, 2015, the Defendant forced the Victim G to commit an indecent act by forcing the victim G (V, 47 years of age) by having the victim G, who was working in the work of installing the facilities for growing the fow in the Franchisium in the operation of the Defendant in the Namnam Cancer-gun, Namnam-gun, Seoul, and in the plastic house, in the operation of the Defendant’s 09:00 on September 12, 2015.

3. [2017 Gohap 36] The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a H salary and Ⅲ.

On February 15, 2017, the Defendant followed the J Mart parking lot located in Yong-gun I in Yong-gun, Namnam, the left side of the entrance from the right side to the right side.

The driving of a motor vehicle is a place where other vehicles frequently have access to the parking lot and several other vehicles have been parked.
