A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person of the nationality of Thailand, who visited Thailand around November 2015 (or 28 years of age) and the victim C (or 28 years of age) who visited Thailand around November 2015.
