A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:10 on March 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat without a locking device for cargo vehicles E (the age of 53) from the victim D (the age of 53) who was parked in front of the C Apartment 401 on the road located in the Sinung-si, Sinung-si; (b) was discovered of the victim while preparing for the Kim and Twit, etc. inside the locking bank, and was cut off by the victim, for the purpose of evading arrest, the Defendant was able to take approximately four weeks of the victim’s right eye for the purpose of evading arrest.

2. A theft: (a) around 15:50 on March 13, 2013, the Defendant: (b) opened a temporary door with the husband of the victim G (n, 46 years of age) who was parked in the F apartment 7211 on the road in front of the 7.50-day city; (c) opened a car with the husband of the victim G (n, the husband of the 46 years of age); and (d) recorded the items in cash over a considerable amount of KRW 200,00 in the market price from April 14, 2012 to March 13, 2013; and (e) a line of KRW 1,50,000 in the face value of the digital camera; (e) a passport; (f) a driver’s license; (f) a six pages; and (f) a 50,000 won in the face value of the vehicle; and (f) recorded the items in cash from April 14, 2012 to March 13.
