1. Defendant C, D, and E indicated on each land indicated in the separate sheet from March 19, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The land listed in attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) is the land purchased by F and completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 7, 2002. The land listed in Paragraph 2 of the same List (hereinafter “instant land”) also purchased by F and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 15, 2002. Since then, the Plaintiff purchased each of the instant land in a voluntary auction procedure on October 25, 2012 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 7, 2012.

B. The Defendants are owners of the surrounding land adjacent to each of the instant land. From August 11, 2004, Defendant B owned 449 square meters and 500 square meters prior to H in Nam-si, Namyang-si, respectively; from June 26, 2006, Defendant C owned 92 square meters of the I factory site from June 26, 2006; Defendant D had JJ 426 square meters from May 13, 2008; Defendant E completed the registration of ownership transfer of 430 square meters for each transaction from May 13, 2008 to May 13, 2008; Defendant B owned the said I, J, and K land by entering the electric source housing and factory building newly constructed by the said owners.

C. Each land of this case has been used as a passage through which one is obstructed by the above L, and the other is credited to the public, and the land of this case has been used as a road through which the neighboring land owners, including the Defendants, have contributed to the public road. In particular, the above I, J, and K land owned by the Defendants C, D, E is a franchis not having access to the land of this case without passing through each land of this case.

Defendant C, D, and E jointly paid expenses between around 201 and around 2012, and jointly performed a concrete packaging work with a width of 2 m to 3m from the center (c) part of the instant land and the center (f) part of the instant land No. 2.3m from the center of the instant land. There are two parts of each of the instant land, which are the neighboring parts (b) of the instant land, and the part (99) of the Nam-si.

E. Meanwhile, each of the instant lands is designated with the consent of F, the owner of which was at the time to be recognized as a road under the Building Act, which is the condition of building permission when Defendant C newly constructed a building.
