Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced on June 12, 2015 to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compacting to native) with respect to the support for the development of the Suwon method, and on September 21, 2016, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Ansan Prison.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On March 25, 2017, the Defendant provided D with approximately 0.2g opphones in the vicinity of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Seoul Station.

B. On June 2017, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones into one-time popon fraud in the vicinity of “F article restaurant” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu; and (b) administered them in a way of dilution with water and injection with his/her arms.
