1. For the plaintiffs:
A. Defendant G is 23,448,00 won and 20% per annum from February 8, 2014 to September 30, 2015.

1. Basic facts
A. Status 1 of the party concerned
A) The Housing Reconstruction Project (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Project”) that constructs an apartment building after removing Agrae on the ground outside the O of the 7 parcels of land, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and newly constructing the apartment.
(2) On June 2, 2008, the Plaintiff Korea Land and Housing Corporation is a joint implementer who entered into a joint project implementation agreement for the instant project with the Plaintiff Union (hereinafter “instant joint project implementation agreement”).
3) Defendant G and P were the members of the Plaintiff Union who purchased an apartment newly built pursuant to the instant project. As P died on April 27, 2013, the deceased’s spouse L (the shares in inheritance: 3/7), the Defendant M, and N (the shares in inheritance: 2/7) inherited the status of each member. B. The Plaintiffs were authorized to implement the instant project on February 9, 2009, and were authorized to implement the project on July 5, 2010.
2) On February 15, 2013, after distributing a draft of a management and disposition plan to its members in advance, the Plaintiff Cooperative held an extraordinary general meeting on February 15, 2013, and the following: (a) the proportion of the union members’ proportional ratio depending on the increase in the Plaintiff Cooperative’s expenditure due to the reduction of the general sale price due to the low-price of the general sale, the decrease in the revenue of the Plaintiff Cooperative, and the increase in business expenses; and (b) the amount calculated by deducting the total expenditure estimated from the total revenue estimated amount of the site and construction facilities after completion of the project; and (c) the amount obtained by dividing the total expenditure estimated amount by the total evaluation amount of the previous assets of the union members subject to parcelling-out (108.21%) and then multiplying by 100 the amount obtained by dividing by the total evaluation
