A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall borrow or lend a means of access while receiving, demanding or promising compensation.

Nevertheless, around February 20, 2019, the Defendant sent the means of access, such as a physical card, a password, and a password, connected to the account in the name of the Defendant using Kwikset Service, to the name-based Boksetsetman who would give a loan when sending the physical card in front of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
