A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

From March 2015 to April 2017, the Defendant was suspected of having sexual intercourses with the victim C (n, 22 years of age) at the former North Korean University, and had the victim’s complaint against the victim, and had assaulted the victim to “brupt violence” as follows.
