On September 25, 2014, at around 22:31, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.112%, and driven approximately 100 meters from the front of the Gyeongbuk-do Office located in the Daegu North-gu mountain-do to the front of the entrance of the west-do located in the same Dong.
