The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The gist of grounds for appeal is that the victim E does not appear;

2. The circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, namely, the victim, after being placed at the time with the defendant, was pushed the victim with his/her hand while leaving the defendant at the time, and was pushed the victim with his/her head.

A consistent and concrete statement, witness F was at the site, and the defendant committed an assault.

The defendant made a statement in the court of the court below, while leaving the victim in the court of the court of the court below, there is a fluoral of the defendant's end in the part of the defendant's arms.

In addition to the statement, the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty is just and the above assertion by the defendant is without merit, since it can be sufficiently recognized that the defendant has inflicted an injury by assaulting the victim.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
