A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2016, at around 07:40, the Defendant was arrested by D and detained as a facility for attracting property-type execution of a branch office of the Changwon-si Prosecutors' Office located at the center of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan District Public Prosecutor's Office located at 21:10 on the 11:10 on the same day.

The defendant, who was detained in the above custody facility, opened a door of the above custody facility and opened the entrance door of the property-type execution facility, and opened the door of the Mapo branch office outside the office building through the entrance of the public service center.
