1. Basic facts

Part III Meeting Article 10 (General Meeting) (1) A general meeting shall be a general meeting of village residents.

(2) A general meeting shall be publicly announced ten days prior to convening such meeting.

(3) A general meeting shall be convened when the chairperson deems necessary.

(4) A general meeting shall be convened when a majority of operating members is deemed necessary.
