A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:20 on December 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) taken a photograph of the body of another Defendant’s cell phone Samsung Galthot8 (No. 1) under the part of the body of the said victim in order to give drinking water to the Defendant, a customer who was an employee of the said exhibition center, who visited the said exhibition center, from March 29, 2017, by using the cell phone in total 55 times from October 29, 2017 to December 29, 2017.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.
