A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a rocketing car.

At around 04:10 on January 13, 2015, the Defendant continued the said car at a speed of about 70 kilometers from the luxuran-ri plane to the front of the luxan-do New East-dong, Ulsan-gu.

At the time, it is night, and at the port of two lanes, there is a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle by reducing speed and checking well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to properly operate the steering gear, and took the front day of the right side of the lane that the Defendant was running by the negligence of failing to properly operate the steering gear, and again, shacked the central separation zone, and d 1 ton driving of the victim C(32 years old) who was driving in the opposite lane, was faced with the front part of the Defendant’s car operation.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, sustained injury such as salt, tensions, etc. to the victim E (the 29-year-old) who was on board the Defendant’s car, and suffered injury requiring the Defendant’s medical treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, did not immediately stop the said cargo to the extent that it damages the amount equivalent to KRW 1,653,034, and runs away without taking measures such as providing relief to the victim.
