A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On March 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Chuncheon Prison on October 3, 2015. On November 18, 2016, the Incheon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in the Incheon District Court’s Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Vice-Support on November 18, 2016, five times the Defendant violated road traffic law (unlicensed driving).

[Criminal facts]

1. On February 21, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) reservation to 4:50 on February 21, 201, 201, from the front day of the apartment parking lot in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

From about 6 km to the front of the fifth construction site, a driver has driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

On February 21, 2017, at around 12:50 on February 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license, and reserved against the fourth half of the Kimpo-si Kimpo-si.

The roads in front of the fifth construction site were tried to be driven by one-lanes of the five-lanes of the city community service center from the lake park room.

In this case, the defendant, who is engaged in driving of the motor vehicle, has a duty of care to take into account the front and rear traffic situation well and to accurately manipulate the steering gear and prevent the accident from occurring.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and instead changed the lane from the two lanes to the one lane on his own without using a direction direction, etc. as well as driving the said road by negligence, when the Defendant tried to drive the said road along the one lane in the same direction as the Defendant, while changing the lane from the two lanes to the one lane.

F) The front part of the car driving ahead of the F Spanpo zone was received as the left side of the car driving by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant is on the above job.
