1. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached list to the plaintiff, and deliver the building from September 3, 2014 to the plaintiff.

On May 3, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 2 million; and (b) the Defendant delayed payment since June 2014; (c) the said lease contract was terminated as a delivery of a copy of the instant complaint; (d) the Plaintiff handed over the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff; and (e) filed a claim against the Defendant for unjust enrichment calculated by the ratio of KRW 200,000 per month from September 3, 2014 to the completion of delivery of the said building.
